3. Booking Fees and Payments
The price quoted at the time of purchase includes the base airfare or accommodation rate, applicable taxes, and our booking or service fees.
The total quoted price excludes charges that must be paid directly to the service provider if applicable, including:
- Fuel surcharges, seat reservations, and baggage fees.
- Hotel incidentals, security deposits, and resort fees.
- Drop-off charges for car rentals, collision damage waivers, liability insurance, or personal accident insurance.
Payment Terms
- All bookings are processed as electronic reservations or E-tickets.
- A final confirmation email will be sent once full payment is successfully processed.
- We accept credit and debit cards issued in the United States and various other countries.
- A booking is only final and guaranteed once full payment is received.
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of booking, you must contact us immediately.
- If your payment card is declined, we will attempt to notify you by phone or email within 4 business days.
- We cannot guarantee original price quotes if ticketing is delayed due to payment declines.
- Once a customer-authorized charge is successfully processed, it cannot be disputed.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Airfares are highly dynamic and can change between the time you place an online order and when the ticket is officially issued. Traveloshoppy.com is not liable for fare increases.
If a fare increases, we will consult you to confirm the booking at the new rate or cancel the order. If a fare drops after ticketing, we cannot retrieve the price difference from the airline.
Strict Itinerary Rules
- Changes to your itinerary are strictly restricted and subject to individual airline fare rules.
- Name and date changes are not permitted once a booking is complete.
- Almost all flight tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, prepaid car rentals, and associated service fees are 100% non-refundable after 24 hours from booking.
- The original service fees charged by Traveloshoppy.com are entirely non-refundable.
Airline Credits and Cancellations
- All cancellation requests must be made by phone with our customer service center before the scheduled departure time of your first flight segment.
- If an airline permits a cancellation, it may issue a future travel credit tied to the original traveler's name.
- Future travel credit applies only to the same airline and must be used before its designated expiration date.
- To apply an airline credit to a new booking, you must pay any applicable fare differences, airline penalty fees, and Traveloshoppy post-ticketing service fees.
- Refund approvals and waivers depend entirely on the respective service provider; Traveloshoppy cannot guarantee refunds or cancellations.
- Customers holding a No-Show status are strictly ineligible for refunds or reservation waivers.
5. Multi-Airline Itineraries
If your travel itinerary includes flights operated by multiple airlines, you are subject to the separate terms, conditions, fees, and restrictions of each individual carrier.
If one airline cancels or reschedules a flight segment, forcing you to modify a connecting or return flight with a different, unaffected airline, you are fully responsible for any change fees, penalties, or ticket costs incurred for the unaffected flight.
Each airline handles exchanges, changes, and refunds independently according to its own policies.
6. Site Policies and Modification
These Terms of Use exclusively govern your interaction with Traveloshoppy.com. We reserve the right to modify, update, or alter our website policies, operations, and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your implicit agreement to the updated terms.
