Booking Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted to Traveloshoppy as soon as possible. Many travel products are time-sensitive, non-refundable, or subject to supplier penalties once a booking is confirmed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available when permitted by the applicable supplier fare rules, ticket conditions, package terms, or travel service agreement. Some bookings may qualify only for future travel credit instead of a cash refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed after Traveloshoppy receives the refund amount from the relevant supplier. Processing timelines vary by airline, bank, payment provider, and supplier policy.
Service Fees
Traveloshoppy service fees, booking fees, change fees, cancellation fees, and support fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Supplier penalties may also apply.
Schedule Changes and Disruptions
If a supplier changes, delays, cancels, or disrupts a travel service, refund or credit options will be determined by that supplier's policy. We will assist you with available options where possible.
No-Show Policy
Failure to check in, board, or use a confirmed travel service may result in the booking being treated as a no-show. No-show bookings are usually non-refundable.
